Online: If you’d like to set up an online account please e-mail us your company name, contact name, and a user login preference and we’ll send you a temporary password to access our site.

Deliveries:

Most deliveries are made the day following receipt of the order; some are made the same day. Should there be a backorder, it will normally be delivered the following day. If you need an order immediately and we have the items in stock – we can have your order ready for pick up in 30 minutes.

Questions:

If you have a question and call our office, your call is answered by a knowledgeable customer service representative, never an automated system. Should we not immediately know the answer to your question, we will research it and get back to you.

Payments:

Our open account terms are net 30 days. We mail statements to our customers at the end of each month showing all open invoices. We accept cash, company checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, as forms of payment.
